Casper Oelofsen

Casper Oelofsen is an international executive business coach and thinking partner to his clients.

His passion is to assist clients (individuals and teams) to develop best practices to increase the quality of their thinking in complex environments. He has a strong background in entrepreneurship, strategy and business consulting. Casper is a founder of various enterprises where he’s acted at both executive and non-executive levels.

Casper is a leader in assisting clients to perform in the complexity and diversity of the “world of work”. He combines his knowledge and practice of business with tools and applications to help his clients understand the VUCA world, create capacity and healthy resilience in a world that is increasingly demanding. Casper’s experience as a professional sportsman also informs his understanding and design of new skills for the new normal. The world of professional sport and work demands similar applications to ensure “future fit” leaders and or teams. Casper is a leading expert on complexity and how applied mindfulness and the Enneagram Assessment combination can support clients to thrive, rather than just survive, in the everchanging world of today.   

Casper is a sought-after presenter on Mindfulness and the impact of complexity on resilience and the quality thinking of clients in the new normal. He has taught and presented on this topic internationally. Most recently in Copenhagen, Melbourne, Budapest, Helsinki, London, Cairo and New Delhi.

After the listing of Capitec on the Stock Exchange he left the company and broaden his entrepreneurial reach.  He played a fundamental role in the establishment of the nationwide Cash Crusaders Retail Group, and he is still invested in small and medium size businesses.  He has board-level organizational experience and understands the tough demands on leaders who constantly need to drive change and growth amidst the complexity of their environment.

Dina

Dina Oelofsen

Dina started her career as an accountant and migrated into the profession of organisational psychology. She was a founder member of Capitec Bank, HR director for STANLIB asset management and is now working as an external consultant, coach and facilitator with a pragmatic understanding of the world of executive leadership. She is recognized for her ability to work with a wide variety of complex leadership challenges, from strategy to organisation development and team dynamics. She works with individual leaders, management and executive teams in various industries. Designing and facilitating conversations between different businesses, functions and units to enable collaboration and innovation across silo’s are the challenges she enjoys most.

She worked on local and international business transformation projects over the past 17 years in Nedbank, Microsoft, Woolworths, Old Mutual, V&A Waterfront, Vodacom, The Jupiter Drawing Room, Volkswagen Brazil, Coca-Cola, Department of Water Affairs, Discovery, Liberty and Total. She lectured at Stellenbosch Business School and is a plenary speaker at international conferences.
